Cedar Keys Estates S.A.R.L. was founded in Beirut in 2025 by three brothers, inspired by their grandfather's real estate legacy. We are a full-service real estate and property advisory company — not a simple brokerage.

Cedar Keys Estates is a Lebanese real estate and property advisory firm providing legal-aware, expert and personalised care across property transactions, management, investment, documentation, international relocation, property sourcing, renovation and insurance.

Our mission. To make property decisions simpler, safer and more valuable through professional guidance, clear information, trusted partnerships, legal-aware support and tailored solutions in Lebanon and abroad.
How we work. We say what a property is actually worth, we state our commission before you ask, and we tell you when photography, condition or pricing is working against you. We do not manufacture urgency and we do not promise outcomes we cannot control.

Mustapha Fouladkar, REALTOR®
Founder & Managing Director
Mustapha Fouladkar is the Founder and Managing Director of Cedar Keys Estates, a Lebanese real estate and property advisory firm he established in 2025 alongside his brothers, inspired by their grandfather's real estate legacy and portfolio-management experience.
With over eight years in real estate advisory and brokerage, he brings deep market knowledge and a steady, client-first approach to every transaction. He guides clients through every stage of a property decision — from first discussion through transaction, documentation, investment analysis, management and long-term care, across Lebanon and international markets.
Mustapha Fouladkar, REALTOR®, is an International REALTOR® Member of the National Association of REALTORS® in the United States, and is bound by its Code of Ethics. He leads the firm's full-service approach to buying, selling, renting, investing, managing, registering, renovating, insuring and relocating property, with a focus on legal-aware, transparent and personalised guidance for every client.

Issa Fouladkar
Managing Partner
Issa Fouladkar is a Managing Partner at Cedar Keys Estates, holding a Master's degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with an academic background spanning the Lebanese American University in Beirut and Byblos, and Sciences Po in Reims, France.
His education has developed a strong foundation in economic analysis, market research and data-driven decision-making. With experience in business development, financial analysis and market research, Issa brings an analytical and strategic perspective to real estate, and focuses on business development, strategic growth, market analysis and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The mark identifies Mustapha Fouladkar personally and is not a company credential.
